NS111 30% Ni Corrosion-Resistant Alloy
NS111 30% Ni Corrosion-Resistant Alloy is a high-performance corrosion-resistant alloy developed for demanding industrial corrosive environments. Designed for long-term stable service, resistance to multiple types of corrosion failure, and excellent engineering manufacturability, this product is widely used in petrochemicals, energy, marine engineering, chemical processing, hydrometallurgy, and high-corrosive fluid transportation systems. In chloride-containing aqueous solutions, acidic media, some organic acids, sulfide environments, and high-humidity salt spray atmospheres, NS111 maintains a stable surface protection state, significantly inhibiting the development of localized corrosion. In environments where tensile stress and corrosive media are present simultaneously, many materials are prone to brittle cracking. NS111 exhibits significant resistance to stress corrosion cracking in typical chloride ion, hydrogen sulfide, and humid marine atmospheric environments, making it suitable for pressure pipelines, heat exchanger tube bundles, reactor internal components, and fastening systems.
