1J79 High Saturation Induction Soft Magnetic Alloy

The 1J79 High Saturation Induction Soft Magnetic Alloy has a nickel content as high as 78.5% - 81.5%. The 80% nickel content means that the resistance to magnetic moment rotation is almost eliminated, allowing the material to instantly generate extremely high magnetic induction intensity even under very weak external magnetic fields. Its resistivity is more than 22% higher than that of 1J46, which enables it to effectively suppress heat generation and maintain stable magnetic properties in alternating magnetic fields, especially in medium and high frequencies (1kHz - 100kHz). Due to the increased nickel content, its density is significantly higher than that of medium-nickel alloys, reflecting its dense atomic arrangement.
